Gary T. Hannah
President and Chief Executive Officer

Gary Hannah is currently President and CEO of Pronexus Inc., which is an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and speech solutions innovator who brought the power of .NET to the field. Since taking over from the founder in the summer of 2000 he has converted the company from an exclusive R&D focus to a sales and marketing-driven firm. Gary orchestrated an employee-based buyout from Active Voice in 2001 making Pronexus a private 100% Canadian majority employee-owned company. Gary is also a co-owner, CEO and Chairman of Vocantas Inc.
In addition to his leadership of Pronexus, Mr. Hannah is a former member of the Almonte General Hospital Board of Directors, serving on the Nomination and Governance Committee. Hannah is the past chairman of OCRI and past chair of Ottawa Global Marketing (OGM). Hannah currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute (OHRI).
Active in the field of computers and service for 25+ years, Mr. Hannah has specialized in high technology, telecommunications, financial and manufacturing business solutions. His successes range from establishing unique marketing and distribution strategies to resolving a number of strategic planning issues, coupled with extensive channel experience.
Prior to the direction of Pronexus, Mr. Hannah was President and CEO for Internet start-up ThinWEB Technologies. He was responsible for the overall vision and business plan including company image and branding. During his tenure Mr. Hannah laid the framework in sales and marketing to enable ThinWEB to pursue IPO in the US. He was also a member of ThinWEB’s board as well NoTime Wireless, a joint venture company.
Before joining ThinWEB Technologies, Mr. Hannah was Vice President at JetForm Corporation (now Adobe) in marketing, sales and services, where he was responsible for the Global Partner Program that included OEM’s, VAR’s and distributors worldwide, client relations and channel sales.
Mr. Hannah has held senior positions as President and Founder of Alliance Network Inc a North American computer services and distribution company along with Crowntek Business Centers’ (CBCI) where he was part of the executive management team as national manager, director and general manager.
In addition to many years of general management experience Mr. Hannah has been the lead executive on two mergers: JetForm/Delrina and GE Capital/CBCI. A recipient of the Ottawa Business Journals’ 2002 Forty under 40, Mr. Hannah is vice president of the environment for the Lac Sinclair Lake Association. Since 1995, Mr. Hannah makes his home in Ottawa, Canada and enjoys time with his two children.

Steve Brown
VP of Sales
Steve Brown joined the executive team at Pronexus in February of 2010. With 20 years of extensive experience in selling software tools and application development kits to the developer community, Steve works closely with the Sales team to drive profits, identify new markets and create business development opportunities. He comes to Pronexus after having been employed with high-tech companies such as Xerox and Sterling Software, where he received his initial sales training and JetForm, where he helped to accelerate the growth of their OEM business.
Steve possesses an Honours degree in Marketing and Finance from Queens University. In his personal time, Steve enjoys coaching youth sports – an activity he has done for the last 14 years.

Valentin Doroga
Chief Architect
Valentin Doroga joined Pronexus in 1997, when he moved to Ottawa. He has been part of toolkit R&D and acted as team leader from 1999, playing a key role in the design and implementation of numerous new features of Pronexus’ products. He has been in the position of chief architect since 2007, directing technology for product development.
Previously he worked for a software company specialized in process control where he had led a team responsible a project involving data acquisition, transmission and centralized processing in order to optimize natural gas transmission stations. Valentin is a graduate of the faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science of Cluj, Romania.
Sally Boucher
CFO
Sally is a Certified General Accountant with more than 20 years of varied financial, operational and business development experience, working with small and medium sized enterprises, both private and public.
For the past 10 years her focus has been working with early stage companies, working as an integral member of the management team providing strategic financial management and reporting. Her previous roles included Controller, VP Finance, and CFO for several businesses in various industries, with emphasis in the high growth technology sector.
She is a past member of the Board of Governors of CGA Ontario where she played an active role in promoting professional standards. Sally is well known for her professionalism, commitment to excellence, and plays an active role in community affairs.
An Ottawa Business Journal 40 under 40 award winner, Sally also recently received an Ontario Distinguished Service Award from the Certified General Accountants Association of Ontario.
