Testing with ClinTest™ Voice
ClinTest™ Voice leverages Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) technologies to directly connect into your IVR, dial through call flows, and verify prompt results and backend database values.
ClinTest™ Voice is not just a load testing application, this allows for full scale functional phone testing through:
- User Determined Automatic Dialing: Allowing testers to script their call flow path
- Prompt Transcription: Scripted ‘Expected Results’ are programmatically compared, using a custom algorithm, to the system's ‘Actual Results’ spoken at run-time. This comparison takes place in real-time!
- Database interaction: Allowing testers to automate data setup and verify system transactions
- Output Generation: Customizable validation output incorporates step level database screenshots, CSV files, real-time mp3 or wav recordings of system prompts
