VBVoice 7.1

Pronexus VBVoice™ Interactive Voice Response (IVR) toolkit’s latest release, VBVoice 7.1, synchronizes all Pronexus’ offerings with support for 64-bit versions of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008. VBVoice 7.1 includes a new feature for VoIP to enable Early Media on inbound calls.

Windows 7 64-bit Support

The move to 64-bit operating systems has been prevalent in recent years. When Microsoft released Windows 7 as their current desktop operating system, we committed to supporting Windows 7. With this release, we extend the support to the 64-bit versions.

Windows Server 2008 64-bit Support

Microsoft has moved to support only 64-bit on their server operating system. Windows Server 2008 is now supported on the same development IDEs and cards (drivers) as Windows 7.

SIP Early Media Support

For SIP calls, you can now establish the audio path before the call is connected and billed; this allows, for example, playing a message and asking the caller to confirm whether to proceed or no. This is useful for prepaid phone cards and higher charge services where there are legal requirements to inform the caller about charges and many other scenarios.

Dialogic HMP 3.0 support for Windows 7 64-bit and Server 2008 R2 64-bit

Dialogic introduced support for the 64-bit versions of Windows® 7, WindowsServer® 2008 (with Service Pack 2), and Windows Server® 2008 R2 operating systems in 32-bit compatibility mode. As a result we have updated and now support the latest version of HMP.

Dialogic SR6 PCI support for Windows 7 64-bit and Server 2008 64-bit

Recently Dialogic introduced support for the 64-bit versions of Windows® 7, WindowsServer® 2008 (with Service Pack 2), and Windows Server® 2008 R2 operating systems in 32-bit compatibility mode. As a result we updated and now support the latest version of SR 6.0 PCI.

New Improved Installer

This release is introducing a new installer with less interaction and capabilities for automatic install.
